The Transformation...

We look forward to welcoming you all to Jextoban. Even if this is your first time at our school, we know you’ll feel right at home right away. It’s a joy to have you back at school, whether you’re in Lagos or Ogun State.
An ideal opportunity to reassess and rediscover the blessings that God has given us in this new year is now. Remember that since January 9, 1995,  since JEXTOBAN was founded because of a growing sense that we must revive the educational principles that we once treasured in Nigeria?
Our aim is to “grow the whole personality of the JEXTOBAN child via Christian principles and values in order to excel in the global society,”
Since its founding, we have been blessed with a steady stream of intelligent and God-fearing students who have exemplified our Christian ideals in their personal and professional lives.
As a group, we are inspired by a deeper understanding that education for children must be driven by constructive knowledge, rather than merely facts. So, in the context of and curiosity for the 21st-century tech-driven children, we assure that we make minute modifications that will help our children become transformed. A strong academic foundation based on self-discipline; tolerance; love; justice and impartiality in moral judgment is equally vital to us as it is to our students and their families, our teacher team and staff team who currently call JEXTOBAN Secondary School home ( our five core values).
JEXTOBAN is proud that a high percentage of its graduates are able to enroll in postsecondary institutions in the same year they graduate from high school, thanks to the excellent foundation it has provided them with. More than a few of our students have received First Class Honours or Second Class Upper Grades in their first degree (post-secondary) results from universities in Nigeria and abroad, including University of Ibadan; Obafemi Awolowo; University of Lagos; Covenant; Redeemer; South Carolina; Bells; University of Nigeria; and South Carolina.
When our kids succeed in their chosen careers, it’s because of the ideals we established in them. That’s something to be proud of. Our alumni network continues to grow, and we are pleased of how many of them are making a difference in the world and making an effect on future generations.
These over two decades have been a fantastic journey for us, thanks to the shared collaborations between our families, school friends and community members as well as educators from around the world. I’d want to add that this year, we’ll focus on tightening our bonds in order to meet the challenges that lie ahead. It will necessitate conceptualizing, operationalizing, acting, collaboration, and not to mince words; finance, too.
The most vibrant and transformational educational institution in the world has our gratitude. Everyone, have a wonderful year!

Thank you for your prayers and well wishes.
Our hearts are open to the challenges ahead, as well as the tremendous benefits that will result from our efforts, in the name of Jesus Christ (Amen).
